I contracted Christo Nothnagel of Caru Project Management, for a mid-sized housing renovation project between July 2015 and October 2015, in Somerset West. I found Christo to be reliable and knowledgeable on all the aspects of the project and especially practical with special solutions and improvements to design problems. His service was reliable and honest and I would advise any client to engage him on a similar project. We are satisfied with the end product and in one or two instances he did not hesitate to return to the project to fix glitches or small additions. He mostly sourced reliable and competent sub-contractors and managed them suitably. The fee expended on his project management service was money well spent and in the event that I have another project in future I will give Christo a call in the first instance.

We have just completed a renovation managed by Christo which landed up taking the better part of a year, and went from a medium sized project to something quite large in the end. From the very first meeting with Christo, the service we received from him was very professional. Throughout the project, we were always kept up to date with progress and next steps, and Christo showed lots of patience with us as we changed plans and added more and more scope to the project as we went. One added advantage we found working with Christo is that he has some very good ideas of what will work best, from a functional and aesthetics point of view.
